The TFC Warranty

Every piece is covered from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Standard furniture (Plank, Forma, Kaze, Wabi, Haat)

• 1-year warranty on the product against structural and manufacturing defects.
• 3-year warranty on hardware — hinges, runners, handles and brass fittings under normal use.

Nook and low-priced accessories

• 6-month warranty on parts and finish against manufacturing defects.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, surface scratches and natural fading over time
• Damage from misuse, overloading, moisture or improper assembly
• Natural variation in wood grain or colour

How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp or email our support team with your order number and a few photos of the issue. Where covered, we repair or replace the part. Most claims are acknowledged within 2 business days.
